Terms of Use
These terms describe the operating rules for Name.si accounts, dashboards, landers, templates, inquiries, DNS support, analytics, escrow-aware flows, and brokerage support.
Acceptance
By accessing Name.si, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, importing a domain, publishing a lander, using the dashboard, joining a paid plan, using brokerage support, or accepting these terms electronically, you agree to the applicable Name.si PMA packet and service terms.
Services
Name.si provides member tools for domain landers, constrained visual editing, templates, static publishing, DNS support, inquiry forms, analytics, escrow-aware checkout flows, broker-aware transaction support, portfolio operations, and beta experiments. Features may change, pause, or be limited.
Accounts and verification
You are responsible for account credentials and accurate information. Name.si may require additional verification before publishing, DNS changes, brokerage support, transaction initiation, payouts, or account recovery.
Domain submission
Submit only domains you own, control, or are authorized to manage. Name.si may request DNS, nameserver, registrar, registry, email, screenshot, payment, or other evidence, and may reject, freeze, or remove domains when authority or transaction integrity is uncertain.
Publishing rules
You are responsible for lander content, prices, descriptions, claims, media, marks, and transaction terms. Do not publish misleading, infringing, illegal, abusive, unsafe, phishing, malware, spam, scraping, or unauthorized tracking content.
Templates and code
Name.si templates, source code, design systems, animations, components, metadata, and publishing workflows belong to Name.si or its licensors. Use them only through the services unless written permission says otherwise.
Inquiries and buyer communications
Name.si may collect and route buyer inquiries, offer amounts, contact details, company details, checkout starts, transaction notes, and related communications. Inquiry data should be used only for legitimate domain transaction purposes.
Escrow, payments, and brokered transactions
Transactions may use Escrow.com or other providers. Their terms, fees, compliance checks, account requirements, funding rules, disbursement rules, refund rules, and dispute processes apply. Name.si may act as a disclosed broker, facilitator, coordinator, referral source, or support party when stated in the product flow or transaction records.
Fees and commissions
Fees may include subscriptions, commissions, broker fees, escrow-related fees, custom work, template fees, concierge fees, or other charges disclosed in the product, fee schedule, order form, or transaction-specific agreement. Members may not intentionally bypass agreed Name.si fees or commissions after Name.si has supported a transaction.
DNS and nameserver tools
DNS changes can affect email, websites, traffic, availability, security, and third-party services. You are responsible for authorizing and understanding DNS changes for your domains. Registrar delays, registry delays, propagation, outages, and configuration errors may occur.
Analytics
Traffic, views, clicks, inquiries, checkout starts, referrers, devices, and conversion signals are estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed, blocked, filtered, sampled, or inaccurate.
Disclaimers and limits
The services are provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Name.si does not guarantee sales, inquiries, buyer quality, valuation accuracy, escrow approval, transaction completion, DNS outcomes, search indexing, deliverability, or uninterrupted service.
Suspension and changes
Name.si may suspend, limit, or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, suspected fraud, ownership disputes, security concerns, unlawful activity, third-party provider issues, or conduct inconsistent with the association purpose. Terms may be updated, and material changes may require renewed acceptance.
