Help us find your purchase
Include the domain name, transaction reference if available, and a short description of what happened. Never email your card number, CVC, password, API key or verification code.
Payment or checkout problem?
Don’t start another payment just to retry. Contact us so the original Stripe or Escrow transaction can be checked first. An email saying payment was sent is not confirmation that funds are secured.
Provider support
Escrow.com support handles its account verification, agreement, funding and dispute process. Name.si handles its own checkout and reservation support.
