Launch updates

Joining the launch list is optional. We store your email address, confirmation time and the consent-text version to send Name.si launch and availability updates. We do not add buyers to this list because they started a purchase. A six-digit code confirms that you control the email address. Codes expire after ten minutes. Expired verification records are removed on the next signup or owner-list operation after 24 hours.

Confirmed launch details remain until you withdraw or the launch list is retired. Remove your email by confirming it with a code, or contact us. The list is not public or sold to others.

Purchases and messages

We use the email, contact details, messages, domain, selected terms and transaction references you provide to verify your email, route inquiries, coordinate a purchase, deliver confirmations and resolve problems. Checkout consent is separate from marketing consent. Transaction records may need to be retained for support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.

Payment and security providers

Stripe handles card details in its secure payment interface; Name.si does not receive your full card number or CVC. Escrow.com handles its own agreements, identity verification and funding. Email providers deliver requested verification and service messages. Cloudflare provides security checks. These providers receive the information needed for their role and apply their own privacy policies.

Traffic, cookies and diagnostics

We use session and security cookies, server request information, and browser presence or interaction signals for authentication, abuse protection, reliability and aggregate traffic reporting. Some identifiers are hashed. A request without a browser signal is not treated as proof of a live person. Blocked or missing signals can make analytics incomplete. We do not disguise alternate tracking endpoints to evade privacy controls.

Private account and extension data

Private tools store account, portfolio and listing information needed to operate domain pages and dashboards. An authorized browser-extension capture can include a signed token, domain/query, extracted result count or text, source URL and time. It is not intended to collect upstream passwords, cookies, full page HTML or private communications, and capture data is not sold.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact hello@name.si to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify that the request belongs to you and retain information needed for legal obligations, security or unresolved transactions. Do not send sensitive identity or card documents by ordinary email. Name.si does not promise that third-party provider records can be deleted by us.
