Name.si collects and uses information to operate a member platform for premium domain landers, portfolio management, inquiries, analytics, DNS onboarding, escrow-aware transactions, brokerage support, and related services.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to members with accounts, sellers who submit or publish domain assets, buyers and visitors who view landers or submit inquiries, template contributors, support contacts, and visitors to Name.si websites.
Information collected
Name.si may collect account information, domain and portfolio information, lander content, inquiry and buyer information, transaction and brokerage records, usage and analytics data, DNS and security data, and support communications.
How information is used
Information may be used to create accounts, administer membership, verify domain authority, publish landers, route inquiries, support escrow-aware transactions, calculate fees, provide analytics, send notices, prevent abuse, debug systems, improve services, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable obligations.
Public information
Published lander content, domain names, prices, public descriptions, buyer-facing forms, badges, DNS records, and public registry or WHOIS/RDAP data may be public by design. Do not publish information that should remain private.
Sharing
Name.si may share information with hosting, security, email, analytics, support, escrow, payment, registrar, registry, DNS, identity, compliance, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, and transaction providers as needed to operate the services or respond to lawful process.
Cookies and local storage
Name.si may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep members signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure performance, attribute inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve product flows.
Name.si Intelligence Companion
The browser extension is limited to signed capture workflows opened by Name.si. It submits the signed token, domain, query, extracted count or matched text, and source URL required to save the requested signal. It does not send upstream cookies, passwords, account sessions, full page HTML, financial data, health data, personal communications, or unrelated browsing content to Name.si.
Retention and security
Records are retained as reasonably necessary for account operation, transaction support, security, disputes, tax, accounting, backups, audit logs, and enforcement. Name.si uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet, DNS, email, analytics, or escrow workflow is perfectly secure.
Choices and requests
Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object, restrict, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, appeal, or complain to a regulator. Requests may be limited by security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, backups, public records, or the rights of others.
Children and changes
Name.si is not intended for children under 18. This policy may be updated, and material changes may be communicated by email, dashboard notice, posted notice, or renewed acceptance where appropriate.
