Membership-first access
Seller tooling, brokerage support, dashboard features, templates, analytics, nameserver onboarding, and transaction support are intended to operate under member terms.
PMA framework
Name.si is being structured as a private member platform for premium domain presentation, portfolio tooling, buyer inquiries, DNS onboarding, and escrow-aware acquisition workflows.
Name.si is not a registrar, registry, bank, escrow agent, payment processor, law firm, tax adviser, investment adviser, valuation authority, generic website builder, or public parking network.
Members remain responsible for domain ownership, pricing, lawful content, diligence, tax treatment, third-party account requirements, and transaction decisions.
Seller tooling, brokerage support, dashboard features, templates, analytics, nameserver onboarding, and transaction support are intended to operate under member terms.
Members should submit only domains they own, control, or are authorized to manage. Name.si may request DNS, nameserver, registrar, registry, or other evidence.
Transactions may point toward Escrow.com or other providers, but those providers apply their own terms, fees, reviews, identity checks, and dispute processes.
Templates, scripts, media, routing, analytics, and checkout modes may be limited to preserve performance, trust, safety, and a premium buyer experience.
Plans, commissions, broker fees, custom work, and transaction-specific terms should be disclosed before publication, checkout creation, or high-touch support.
The PMA framework is not intended to evade non-waivable law, registrar or registry rules, escrow rules, processor terms, sanctions, IP law, privacy obligations, or lawful process.
